Our Policies

At Maddison’s Beauty Suite, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch, we are happy to help.

Our Policies: Policies
  • We require 50% of your appointment fee to secure your booking, however if this is not paid we will have to release your slot.

  • If you need to cancel please let us know within 48hrs before the time of your appointment. We will be more than happy to carry over the money to your next appointment or refund it back to you.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment, or cancel with less than 48hrs notice you will lose your deposit. We will hold exceptions due to emergencies but this will be down to our discretion.

  • A patch test is required for treatments where this is necessary, this needs to be done at least 48hrs before your treatment.


  • Clients who book infills for lash extensions, if they have fallen out more than 50% then we will have to charge more, this is only because it takes longer and we will need to use more lashes to fill. Please also warn us as soon as possible, so we can try and allocate more time.
